<p><strong>Michael Joseph Jackson</strong> (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American recording artist, entertainer and businessman. The seventh child of the <a title="Jackson family" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackson_family">Jackson family</a>, he made his début to the professional music scene at the age of 11 as a member of <a title="The Jackson 5" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Jackson_5">The Jackson 5</a> in 1969, and began a solo career in 1971 while still a member of the group. Referred to as the &#8220;<a title="List of honorific titles in popular music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_honorific_titles_in_popular_music">King of Pop</a>&#8220;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson#cite_note-edeath-1"><span>[</span>2<span>]</span></a> in subsequent years, his 1982 album <em><a title="Thriller (album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thriller_%28album%29">Thriller</a></em> is the world&#8217;s best-selling record of all time<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson#cite_note-109_Newswire-2"><span>[</span>3<span>]</span></a> and four other solo <a title="Studio album" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_album">studio albums</a> are also among the world&#8217;s best-selling records: <em><a title="Off the Wall (album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off_the_Wall_%28album%29">Off the Wall</a></em> (1979), <em><a title="Bad (album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_%28album%29">Bad</a></em> (1987), <em><a title="Dangerous (album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dangerous_%28album%29">Dangerous</a></em> (1991) and <em><a title="HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIStory:_Past,_Present_and_Future,_Book_I">HIStory</a></em> (1995).</p>
<p>In the early 1980s, he became a dominant figure in <a title="Popular music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular_music">popular music</a> and the first <a title="African American" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_American">African American</a> entertainer to amass a strong <a title="Crossover (music)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossover_%28music%29">crossover</a> following on <a title="MTV" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTV">MTV</a>. The popularity of his <a title="Music video" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_video">music videos</a> airing on MTV, such as &#8220;<a title="Beat It" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beat_It">Beat It</a>&#8220;, &#8220;<a title="Billie Jean" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billie_Jean">Billie Jean</a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a title="Thriller (music video)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thriller_%28music_video%29">Thriller</a>&#8221; — widely credited with transforming the music video from a promotional tool into an art form — helped bring the relatively new channel to fame. Videos such as &#8220;<a title="Black or White" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_or_White">Black or White</a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a title="Scream/Childhood" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scream/Childhood">Scream</a>&#8221; made Jackson an enduring staple on MTV in the 1990s. With stage performances and music videos, Jackson popularized a number of physically complicated dance techniques, such as the <a title="Robot (dance)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robot_%28dance%29">robot</a> and the <a title="Moonwalk (dance)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonwalk_%28dance%29">moonwalk</a>. His distinctive musical sound and vocal style influenced many <a title="Hip hop" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hip_hop">hip hop</a>, <a title="Pop music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop_music">pop</a> and <a title="Contemporary R&amp;B" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contemporary_R%26B">contemporary R&amp;B</a> artists. While Jackson was a member of <a title="Generation Jones" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Generation_Jones">Generation Jones</a> <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson#cite_note-3"><span>[</span>4<span>]</span></a><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson#cite_note-4"><span>[</span>5<span>]</span></a>, he had an impact on multiple generations.</p>
<p>Jackson donated and raised millions of dollars for beneficial causes through his <a title="Heal the World Foundation" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heal_the_World_Foundation">foundation</a>, charity <a class="mw-redirect" title="Singles (music)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singles_%28music%29">singles</a> and support of 39 charities. Other aspects of his personal life, including his <a title="Michael Jackson's health and appearance" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson%27s_health_and_appearance">changing appearance</a> and behavior, generated significant controversy, damaging his public image. Though he was accused of <a title="1993 child sexual abuse accusations against Michael Jackson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_child_sexual_abuse_accusations_against_Michael_Jackson">child sexual abuse in 1993</a>, the criminal investigation was closed due to <a title="Evidence (law)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evidence_%28law%29">lack of evidence</a> and Jackson was not charged. The singer had experienced <a title="Michael Jackson's health and appearance" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson%27s_health_and_appearance">health concerns</a> since the early 1990s and conflicting reports regarding the state of his finances since the late 1990s. Jackson married twice and fathered three children, all of which caused further controversy. In 2005, Jackson was <a title="People v. Jackson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_v._Jackson">tried</a> and <a title="Acquittal" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acquittal">acquitted</a> of further sexual abuse allegations and several other charges.</p>
<p>One of the few artists to have been inducted into the <a title="Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_and_Roll_Hall_of_Fame">Rock and Roll Hall of Fame</a> twice, his other achievements include multiple <em><a title="Guinness World Records" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guinness_World_Records">Guinness World Records</a></em>—including one for &#8220;Most Successful Entertainer of All Time&#8221;—13 <a title="Grammy Award" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammy_Award">Grammy Awards</a>, 13 <a title="List of artists who reached number one in the United States" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_artists_who_reached_number_one_in_the_United_States#J">number one singles</a> in his solo career, more than any other male artist in the <a title="Billboard Hot 100" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billboard_Hot_100">Hot 100 era</a>, and the sale of 750 million records worldwide.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson#cite_note-5"><span>[</span>6<span>]</span></a> Jackson&#8217;s highly publicized personal life, coupled with his <a title="Records and achievements of Michael Jackson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Records_and_achievements_of_Michael_Jackson">successful career</a>, made him a part of <a title="Popular culture" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular_culture">popular culture</a> for almost four decades. <p>His mother nicknamed him &#8220;<a title="Snoopy" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snoopy">Snoopy</a>&#8221; as a child because of the way he dressed and because of his love of the cartoon <em><a title="Peanuts" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peanuts">Peanuts</a></em>. When he began recording, he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg. He shortened his name to Snoop Dogg in 1998 when he left his original record label <a title="Death Row Records" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_Row_Records">Death Row Records</a> and signed with <a title="No Limit Records" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Limit_Records">No Limit Records</a>.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snoop_Dogg_%28rapper%29#cite_note-allmusicbio-0"></a> He popularized the catch phrase suffix &#8220;<a title="-izzle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/-izzle">-izzle</a>,&#8221; a slang term developed by <a title="Oakland, California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oakland,_California">Oakland, California</a> rap group <a title="3X Krazy" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3X_Krazy">3X Krazy</a> in the mid-1990s and used by Bay Area rapper <a title="E-40" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-40">E-40</a>.</p>
<p>Dr. Dre began working with Snoop Dogg, first on the theme song of the <a title="Feature film" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feature_film">feature film</a> <em><a title="Deep Cover" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Cover">Deep Cover</a></em>, and then on Dr. Dre&#8217;s debut solo album <em><a title="The Chronic" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chronic">The Chronic</a></em> with the other members of his former starting group, <a title="Tha Dogg Pound" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tha_Dogg_Pound">Tha Dogg Pound</a>. Snoop Dogg&#8217;s contribution to <em>The Chronic</em> was considerable; the rapper&#8217;s rhymes were as present as Dr. Dre&#8217;s. The huge success of Snoop Dogg&#8217;s debut <em><a title="Doggystyle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doggystyle">Doggystyle</a></em> was partially due to this intense exposure.</p>

<p>Eminem made an appearance on Shade 45 in September 2008 in which he said, &#8220;Right now I&#8217;m kinda just concentrating on my own stuff, for right now and just banging out tracks and producing a lot of stuff. You know, the more I keep producing the better it seems like I get &#8217;cause I just start knowing stuff.&#8221;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminem#cite_note-46"></a> It was around this time that Interscope finally confirmed the existence of a new Eminem album,<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminem#cite_note-47"></a> with Spring 2009 later being stated as the period span in which the album is due.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminem#cite_note-48"></a> In December 2008, he gave more details on the album, which he recently reported was being titled <em>Relapse</em>. He said, &#8220;Me and Dre are back in the lab like the old days, man. Dre will end up producing the majority of the tracks on <em>Relapse</em>. We are up to our old mischievous ways &#8230; let&#8217;s just leave it at that.&#8221;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminem#cite_note-49"></a></p>
<p>In March 2009, Eminem reported in a press release that he would be releasing two new albums this year. The first album, <em>Relapse</em>, is set for release on May 19, while the first official single and it&#8217;s music video are set for release on April 7. The second album, <em><a title="Relapse 2" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relapse_2">Relapse 2</a></em> doesn&#8217;t have a set release date yet, but Eminem is currently in the studio working on the album, and it should be released in the second half of this year. Eminem said in the press release, &#8220;we were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.&#8221;</p>

He grew up in a musical family that moved to <a title="The Bronx" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bronx">the Bronx</a> when he was thirteen. His sister Patricia sang with vocal group <a title="The Crests" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Crests">The Crests</a><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luther_vandross#cite_note-BBC-2"><span>[</span>3<span>]</span></a> who had a number two hit in 1958 with &#8220;Sixteen Candles&#8221;, though she left the group before the recording. <p>Luther Vandross was in a high school group, Shades of Jade, that once played at the <a title="Apollo Theater" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_Theater">Apollo Theater</a> in Harlem. Luther also sang on Delores Hall&#8217;s Hall-Mark album from 1973. He sang with her on the song &#8220;Who&#8217;s Gonna Make It Easier For Me&#8221;, which he wrote. He also contributed another song, &#8220;In This Lonely Hour&#8221;. <p>The band holds the distinction of being among the few rock bands still composed of its original recording members for nearly 40 years and until September 2006, the same manager/producer/image maker, <a title="Bill Ham" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Ham">Bill Ham</a>.</p>
<p>ZZ Top reached peak commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s, scoring many hit songs during that era, but they remain together today and are still touring and releasing albums. ZZ Top was inducted into the <a title="Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_and_Roll_Hall_of_Fame">Rock and Roll Hall of Fame</a> on March 15, 2004. Summarizing their music, <a title="Cub Koda" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cub_Koda">Cub Koda</a> wrote, &#8220;As genuine <a title="Roots rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roots_rock">roots musicians</a>, they have few peers; Gibbons is one of America&#8217;s finest <a title="Blues" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blues">blues</a> guitarists working in the <a title="Hard rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_rock">hard rock</a> <a title="Idiom" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiom">idiom</a> &#8230; while Hill and Beard provide the ultimate <a title="Rhythm section" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhythm_section">rhythm section</a> support.&#8221; Their song lyrics often feature sexual <a title="Innuendo" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Innuendo">innuendo</a> and <a class="mw-redirect" title="Humor" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humor">humor</a>.</p>
<p>Nearly as well-known as their music is the group&#8217;s image: Gibbons and Hill are almost always pictured wearing <a title="Sunglasses" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunglasses">sunglasses</a> (a nod to their 1979 song &#8220;<a title="Cheap Sunglasses" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheap_Sunglasses">Cheap Sunglasses</a>&#8220;), similar if not matching clothing, and their trademark chest-length <a title="Beard" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beard">beards</a> (ironically, in spite of his own surname, Beard almost always sports just a mustache). In 1984, <a class="mw-redirect" title="The Gillette Company" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gillette_Company">the Gillette Company</a> reportedly offered Gibbons and Hill <a title="United States dollar" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_dollar">$</a>1 million each to shave their beards for a <a class="mw-redirect" title="Television commercial" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Television_commercial">television commercial</a> but they declined, stating &#8220;We&#8217;re too ugly without &#8216;em&#8221;.</p>

<p><strong>Tesla &#8211; Forever More (Album)</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://www.kalahforex.com/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1403" src="http://filemp3.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/133.jpg" alt="133" width="270" height="270" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Tesla</strong> is an <a title="United States" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States">American</a> <a title="Hard rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_rock">hard rock</a> band formed in <a title="Sacramento, California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sacramento,_California">Sacramento</a>, <a title="California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California">California</a> in 1984, and have sold over 16 million albums in the <a title="United States" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States">United States</a> as of 2008.</p>
<p>The band formed in 1984 in Sacramento as City Kidd, and was renamed Tesla during the recording of their first album, 1986&#8217;s <em><a title="Mechanical Resonance" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechanical_Resonance">Mechanical Resonance</a></em>, on the advice of their manager that City Kidd was not a great name. The band derived their name, certain album and song titles, and some song content from events relating to <a title="Nikola Tesla" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikola_Tesla">Nikola Tesla</a>, an inventor and <a class="mw-redirect" title="Electrical engineer" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_engineer">electrical engineer</a> born in the 19th century.</p>
<p>The band&#8217;s original lineup consisted of lead vocalist <a title="Jeff Keith" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Keith">Jeff Keith</a>, guitarists <a title="Frank Hannon" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Hannon">Frank Hannon</a> and <a title="Tommy Skeoch" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Skeoch">Tommy Skeoch</a>, bassist <a title="Brian Wheat" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Wheat">Brian Wheat</a>, and drummer <a title="Troy Luccketta" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troy_Luccketta">Troy Luccketta</a>.</p>
<p>Tesla&#8217;s music is often referred to as <a title="Heavy metal music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">heavy metal</a>, but is better described as <a title="Hard rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_rock">hard rock</a> with a <a title="Blues" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blues">bluesy</a> feel. The band&#8217;s lyrics also strayed from the themes popular in heavy metal, particularly in the 1980s at the beginning of their career. A further distinction from their contemporaries was their T-shirt-and-jeans image which was in strong contrast to <a class="mw-redirect" title="Glam Metal" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glam_Metal">Glam Metal</a> bands of the time, which were characterized by big hair, leather pants, and flashy makeup. Also in the early days of their career, Tesla toured with <a title="David Lee Roth" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Lee_Roth">David Lee Roth</a>, <a title="Def Leppard" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Def_Leppard">Def Leppard</a>, and <a title="Poison (band)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poison_%28band%29">Poison</a> which incorrectly resulted in the band being categorized as a Glam metal band. The band&#8217;s members resented this labelling. Tesla has always been proud of the fact that their music has always been just guitars and drums, with an occasional piano from guitarist Hannon and/or bassist Wheat and occasional organ from Hannon, with no <a title="Synthesizer" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synthesizer">synthesizers</a> or anything to distort their sound. Their albums always proudly proclaimed, &#8220;No Machines&#8221;, referring to that fact. However, the band&#8217;s 2004 album, <em><a title="Into the Now" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Into_the_Now">Into the Now</a></em>, does not include synthesized beats. Drummer Troy Luccketta cleverly designed his drum set to make it sound like synthesized beats, as seen on the Cuminatcha live 2008 DVD section on Troy&#8217;s gear.</p>
<p>It was three years before the band released their second album, <em><a title="The Great Radio Controversy" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Radio_Controversy">The Great Radio Controversy</a></em>. The album helped solidify the band&#8217;s growing reputation and fan base. The album produced the hit single &#8220;<a title="Love Song (Tesla song)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Love_Song_%28Tesla_song%29">Love Song</a>&#8220;.</p>
<p>In 1990, Tesla released <em><a title="Five Man Acoustical Jam" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Man_Acoustical_Jam">Five Man Acoustical Jam</a></em>, a live album featuring acoustic renditions of hits such as &#8220;Cumin&#8217; Atcha Live&#8221;, &#8220;Gettin&#8217; Better&#8221;, &#8220;Modern Day Cowboy&#8221;, and &#8220;Love Song&#8221;. The album also featured a number of covers most notably a version of &#8220;<a title="Signs (Five Man Electrical Band song)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signs_%28Five_Man_Electrical_Band_song%29">Signs</a>&#8220;, a a 1971 hit by the <a title="Five Man Electrical Band" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Man_Electrical_Band">Five Man Electrical Band</a>.</p>
<p>In 1991 the band released their third studio album <em><a title="Psychotic Supper" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychotic_Supper">Psychotic Supper</a></em>. The band themselves consider this to be their best album according to their official Web site. The 1998 Japanese reissue import of <em>Psychotic Supper</em> contains three previously unreleased songs, including &#8220;Rock the Nation&#8221;, &#8220;I Ain&#8217;t Superstitious&#8221;, and &#8220;Run Run Run&#8221;.</p>

<p><strong>Ugly Kid Joe</strong> was an <a title="United States" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States">American</a> <a title="Hard rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_rock">hard rock</a> band from <a title="Isla Vista, California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isla_Vista,_California">Isla Vista</a>, <a title="California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California">California</a>. The band’s name is a pun on the band <a title="Pretty Boy Floyd (American band)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Boy_Floyd_%28American_band%29">Pretty Boy Floyd</a>. Ugly Kid Joe&#8217;s sound touched on a range of styles, including <a title="Rock music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_music">rock</a>, <a title="Hard rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_rock">hard rock</a>, <a title="Heavy metal music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">heavy metal</a>, <a title="Funk rock" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funk_rock">funk rock</a>, <a title="Funk" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funk">funk</a>, and <a title="Thrash metal" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrash_metal">thrash metal</a>. In conclusion to the band&#8217;s overall sound and vision, the members of the band have cited many times, that they were simply a manifestation of their environment and lifestyles—mounting from their geographic location of <a title="Southern California" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_California">Southern California</a>.</p>
<h3><span class="mw-headline">Overview</span></h3>
<p>The band enjoyed popularity in the early- to mid-1990s, with their mix of satirical humor and <a title="Heavy metal music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">heavy metal</a> sound. Their logo was a cartoon embodiment of an &#8220;ugly kid&#8221; wearing a backward baseball hat and giving the finger. Heavily influenced by <a title="Black Sabbath" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Sabbath">Black Sabbath</a> and <a title="AC/DC" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AC/DC">AC/DC</a>, they covered several of their songs, including &#8220;<a title="Sweet Leaf" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sweet_Leaf">Sweet Leaf</a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a title="N.I.B." href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N.I.B.">N.I.B.</a>&#8220;. They toured the <a title="United States" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States">United States</a> several times—their second tour was in support of <a title="Scatterbrain (band)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scatterbrain_%28band%29">Scatterbrain</a>, and later opening for former Black Sabbath lead vocalist <a title="Ozzy Osbourne" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ozzy_Osbourne">Ozzy Osbourne</a>.</p>
<p>The band honed their chops playing the vibrant Isla Vista UCSB street parties in the late 80s/early 90s (the band&#8217;s original name was Overdrive), before moving on to bigger venues in Los Angeles and beyond. Ugly Kid Joe first gained success with &#8220;Everything About You&#8221;, which peaked at #3 in the <a title="UK Singles Chart" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK_Singles_Chart">UK Singles Chart</a>. Later the song was used in the movie <em><a title="Wayne's World (film)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne%27s_World_%28film%29">Wayne&#8217;s World</a></em>. Further singles did not fare as well, however the positive response to the band’s live performance of <a title="Harry Chapin" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Chapin">Harry Chapin</a>’s &#8220;<a title="Cats in the Cradle" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cats_in_the_Cradle">Cats in the Cradle</a>&#8221; prompted a studio version, subsequently released as a well-received single that sold over 500,000 copies in the United States alone, and peaked at #7 in the UK Singles Chart.</p>

<p><strong>Megadeth</strong> is an American <a title="Heavy metal music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">heavy metal</a> band led by founder, front man, guitarist, and songwriter <a title="Dave Mustaine" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Mustaine">Dave Mustaine</a>. Formed in 1983 by Mustaine and bass player <a title="David Ellefson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Ellefson">David Ellefson</a> following Mustaine&#8217;s departure from <a title="Metallica" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metallica">Metallica</a>, the band has since released eleven <a title="Studio album" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studio_album">studio albums</a>, six <a title="Live album" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_album">live albums</a>, two <a title="Extended play" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_play">EPs</a>, thirty <a title="Single (music)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_%28music%29">singles</a>, thirty-two <a title="Music video" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_video">music videos</a>, and three <a title="Compilation album" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compilation_album">compilations</a>.</p>
<p>As a pioneer of the American <a title="Thrash metal" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrash_metal">thrash metal</a> movement, Megadeth rose to international fame in the 1980s, but experienced numerous line-up changes, due partly to the band&#8217;s notorious <a title="Substance abuse" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substance_abuse">substance abuse</a> problems. From 1983-2002, Mustaine and Ellefson were the only continuous members of the band. After finding sobriety and securing a stable line-up, Megadeth went on to release a string of platinum and gold albums, including the platinum-selling landmark <em><a title="Rust in Peace" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rust_in_Peace">Rust in Peace</a></em> in 1990 and the <a title="Grammy Award" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammy_Award">Grammy</a> nominated, multi-platinum <em><a title="Countdown to Extinction" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Countdown_to_Extinction">Countdown to Extinction</a></em> in 1992. Megadeth disbanded in 2002 after Mustaine suffered a severe nerve injury to his left arm. However, following extensive <a title="Physical therapy" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_therapy">physical therapy</a>, Mustaine reformed the band in 2004 and released <em><a title="The System Has Failed" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_System_Has_Failed">The System Has Failed</a></em>, followed by <em><a title="United Abominations" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Abominations">United Abominations</a></em> in 2007; the albums debuted on the <a title="Billboard 200" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billboard_200"><em>Billboard</em> Top 200</a> chart at #18 and #8, respectively.</p>

<p><strong>Megadeth &#8211; Youthanasia (Album)</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://www.kalahforex.com/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-1383" src="http://filemp3.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/46.jpg" alt="46" width="270" height="270" /></a></p>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Four years after the epic Rust in Peace, Megadeth, under the command of the creative Dave Mustaine, made it again. For the greatest pleasure of our impatient ears, Youthanasia has been released in 1994. After the phenomenal success of the previous disc, the very metallic Countdown to Extinction, Megadeth&#8217;s fans owed to be surprised, or could have been bored in a genre in which competition was tough (Metallica, Anthrax&#8230;).<br />
So what? Did they make it?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Well, Youthanasia, with its sumptuous melodies and its warm production has soon convinced and charmed a huge attendance, confirming Megadeth among the greatest bands of metal. Without having the creative boost and the volume of Rust in Peace, Youthanasia distinguishes itself of the previous albums by its ability to alternate very rhythmed tracks and power ballads, of which the lyrical &#8220;A tout le monde&#8221; is the best example. This is a stunning and bewitching track, introduced by arpeggios, and that has the distinctive feature to integrate very well a chorus in French. &#8220;Blood of Heroes&#8221; is played in the same way, with arpeggios to introduce it, then the rise with a merciless rhythm part. Even though the guitar solos are softer than before, the emotional force is still there. For instance, &#8220;Addicted to Chaos&#8221; is as good for its impeccable structural aspect as for the innate feeling of the four guys that make this song flowing and wonderful at the same time.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">More than on any other album, the rhythm parts have the lion&#8217;s share on most of the tracks. &#8220;Reckoning Day&#8221; and &#8220;Train of Consequences&#8221; particularly highlight Dave Ellefson and Nick Menza, whose drums&#8217; sound has never been that warm.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">All along this album, it becomes clear that Megadeth did not lose its creative verve with the nervous &#8220;Victory&#8221; and &#8220;The Killing Road&#8221;, or &#8220;Elysian Fields&#8221; and &#8220;I Thought I Knew It All&#8221;, two unusual tracks but still very good. And even though &#8220;Family Tree&#8221;, &#8220;Youthanasia&#8221; and &#8220;Black Curtains&#8221; are quite modest, they perfectly fit in the album without harming its unity.</div>
<p>Actually this is a really excellent album that shows the band has been able to renew without falling into the trap of commercial silliness. On the contrary, Megadeth has made a lyrical and technical performance without denying the qualities that have borne them until the top.</p>

<p>AC/DC is a rock band formed in Sydney, Australia by Angus and Malcolm Young in 1973. AC/DC are considered pioneers of hard rock and heavy metal they consider themselves rock n roll.</p>
<p>AC/DC got their name from their sister Margret&#8217;s sewing machine. &#8220;AC/DC&#8221; is an abbreviation for &#8220;alternating current/direct current&#8221;, which indicates that an electrical device can use either type of power. Angus and Malcolm felt this symbolized the bands energy, performances, and love for music so they kept the name. There have been rumers that AC/DC stands for Anti Christ/Devil&#8217;s Children or After Christ/Devil Comes.<br />
Early Years of AC/DC</p>
<p>In November 1973, Malcolm and Angus Young formed AC/DC and recruited bassist Larry Van Kriedt, vocalist Dave Evans, and drummer Colin Burgess. AC/DC played their first gig at a club named Chequers in Sydney Australia on New Year&#8217;s Eve, 1973. They were later signed to the EMI-distributed Albert Productions label for Australia and New Zealand. The early line up of the band changed often, Colin Burgess was the first member fired, and several bassists and drummers came and gone during the next year.</p>
<p>The Young brothers decided that Evans was not a suitable frontman for the group, because they felt he was more of a glam rocker. On stage, Evans was occasionally replaced by the band&#8217;s first manager, Dennis Laughlin, who was the original lead singer with Sherbet. Meanwhile Ronald Belford &#8220;Bon&#8221; Scott, an experienced vocalist and friend of George Young&#8217;s, Angus and Malcolm&#8217;s other brother, was interested in becoming their vocalist.</p>
<p>In September 1974, Bon Scott replaced Dave Evans. The band had recorded only one single with Evans, &#8220;Can I Sit Next to You&#8221;. &#8220;Can I Sit Next to You&#8221; was re-recorded with Bon Scott under the title &#8220;Can I Sit Next to You Girl&#8221;.</p>
<p>By January 1975, the album High Voltage had been recorded. It took only ten days and was based on instrumental songs written by Angus and Malcolm, with lyrics added by Scott. A few months later, the lineup was stabilised which included singer Scott, guitarist Angus, guitarist Malcolm, bassist Mark Evans, and drummer Phil Rudd. In the same year they released another single Its A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock&#8217;n'Roll) which became their rock anthem. <a href="http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/wiki/index.php/ACDC">More Info</a></p>

<p>Crimson Glory began life in <a class="mw-redirect" title="Sarasota" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarasota">Sarasota</a>, <a title="Florida" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florida">Florida</a> in 1982 under the moniker &#8216;Beowulf&#8217;. They rehearsed diligently, finding and developing their sound for almost four years before recording their self-titled debut album on Par Records in 1986. This would later be re-issued after signing on with their new label, <a title="Roadrunner Records" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roadrunner_Records">Roadrunner Records</a>. Tight dual-lead harmonies and soaring vocals would feature prominently on this release, as well as the follow-up, &#8220;<a title="Transcendence (Crimson Glory album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transcendence_%28Crimson_Glory_album%29">Transcendence</a>&#8220;.</p>
<p>In an era of sound-and-lookalike metal bands, Crimson Glory&#8217;s goal was to have themselves be immediately identifiable from the others, so they wore full-face metallic silver <a title="Mask" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mask">masks</a> on-stage, as well as for all photo shoots and public appearances. The mystically-named vocalist, Midnight (real name: John Patrick McDonald jr.), was the exception to this, as his mask left his mouth uncovered.</p>
<p>Their sophomore release, “Transcendence” was a landmark and it garnered them much-deserved praise and attention, both at home and abroad. While on tour in support of their self-titled debut album, they discovered how hot the masks would be on stage. To keep the mystique, they cut them down into a partial “Phantom of the Opera” style. (However, after this tour, the masks would be permanently retired.)</p>

The band has sold over 75 million albums worldwide<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scorpions_%28band%29#cite_note-7"></a> and were ranked #46 on <a title="VH1" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VH1">VH1</a>&#8217;s <em>Greatest Artists of Hard Rock</em> program.</p>
<p><a title="Rudolf Schenker" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Schenker">Rudolf Schenker</a>, the band&#8217;s rhythm guitarist launched the band in 1965. At first, the band had beat influences and Schenker himself did the vocals. Things began to come together in 1969 when Schenker&#8217;s younger brother <a title="Michael Schenker" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Schenker">Michael</a> and vocalist <a title="Klaus Meine" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klaus_Meine">Klaus Meine</a> joined the band. In 1972, the group recorded and released their debut album <em><a title="Lonesome Crow" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lonesome_Crow">Lonesome Crow</a></em>, with Lothar Heimberg on bass and Wolfgang Dziony on drums. During the <em>Lonesome Crow</em> tour, the Scorpions opened for upcoming British band <a title="UFO (band)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFO_%28band%29">UFO</a>. Near the end of the tour, the members of UFO offered guitarist Michael Schenker the lead guitar job; an offer which he soon accepted. <a class="mw-redirect" title="Uli Roth" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uli_Roth">Uli Roth</a>, a friend of the Schenker brothers, was then called in temporarily to finish off the tour.</p>

Although they were known mainly as a progressive metal band, their origins could be attributed to classic <a title="Heavy metal music" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_music">heavy metal</a>, as expressed by their debut album, <em><a title="Sirens (Savatage album)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sirens_%28Savatage_album%29">Sirens</a></em>. The band has been inactive since the release of its last album in 2001, and have not performed live together since 2002, instead they concentrate on their more commercially successful side project, <a title="Trans-Siberian Orchestra" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans-Siberian_Orchestra">Trans-Siberian Orchestra</a>.</p>
